WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship internationally to New Zealand, the Asia Pacific, Europe and the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. We provide both standard and express shipping via Australia Post

PRICING
Our shipping cost is reflective of prices provided by Australia Post. The shipping costs of your items may vary from the table above dependent on weight and delivery location. 

 

TRACKING
Once your item has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered with Australia Post/DHL, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information.
  

LOST/DELAYED PARCEL
We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post/DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.
  

CHECKOUT
To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.

 

ORDER CHANGE
If you would like to:

- Cancel your order

- Change your shipping address

- Change your order

Please contact us within one hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer make any adjustments. Once your order has been sent, you will need to contact Australia Post if there are issues with delivery or you would like to change your delivery address.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?
Majority of our clothing is made locally in Melbourne, but as our business grows and expands, we have started manufacturing internationally as well. Each garments manufacturing origin can be found in its item description.

CAN I PICK UP FROM A LOCATION?
We do not do pickups from location. At this stage, postage is the only way to receive items.

DO YOU REFUND?
At Studio VSPRCO we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a refund or credit voucher within 7 days of receiving, for any reason. You can lodge a return through our return & exchanges portal in our menu.
We do not offer returns on sale items unless deemed faulty. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, do not have their original tags attached or are a sale item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.  If you have a question regarding returns, please contact: returns@vesperco.online.

DO YOU EXCHANGE?

We are more than happy you offer you an exchange for your item for an alternate size/colour or item. This is subject to the availability of the change that you are seeking. Unfortunately, we cannot promise an exchange may be possible as we do have limited stock available. If you are wanting to exchange your item, please refer to our Returns & Exchange portal on our website. If the item you are seeking to exchange for is not being shown as an option, it unfortunately means that it is out of stock.
